“Who do you think is the most powerful person in Bollywood ?" Between the guffaws and light-hearted banter, I tossed a seemingly innocuous query at Aamir Khan on a pleasant Sunday afternoon in February 2008. Given the room was full of curious ET journalists and many of them bona fide Shahrukh Khan fans, the question was as loaded as they come. He knew it; we knew it. Silence followed. Khan always gets into an introspective mode when he wants to defer or sidestep an issue and as he mulled over my question, not an eyelid moved in anticipation.
